iConnector cannot connect Real-time, How to solve this issue?

If Globiots was placed on the internet, please make sure your computer was connected internet. You can check the top right corner of Vizuo Web, there must be an icon "connected";
if Globiots was placed within your intranet (company local network), please make sure your computer was connected to that local network so that it can connect to Globiots Server. You can check the top right corner of Vizuo Web, there must be an icon "connected";
Checking whether iConnector was connecting in realtime with Globiots. Click to iConnector on the left panel of Vizuo > click tab "Monitoring" > then check the row "Last realtime", it must shows "a few seconds ago";
If the iConnector was Wifi or Ethernet type, check that iConnector was connected with the local network? And if Globiots server on the internet, please make sure that the local network can be connected to the internet as well;
Moreover, with the Wifi iConnector, please check the RSSI of its wifi is strong enough?
If the iConnector was Cellular type (2G, 3G, 4G Cat 1, NB-IoT, Cat M1), please check whether the Sim card is still in good condition? Check data plan is still available? and check the GSM signal at that area is strong or not;
