How to select Temperature sennsor and Humidity sensor for Environment monitoring?
Daviteq has a wide range of sensors for monitoring environments like temperature, humidity, CO2, VOC, formaldehyde, Ammonia, PM2.5, etc.
However, the basic and most common parameters for monitoring environment are:
- Ambient Temperature;
- Ambient Relative Humidity;
I. TEMPERATURE ONLY MONITORING
1.1 Sensor Probe ATE
To monitor the Temperature parameter only, you can select the sensor with SKU# ATE-XX, please refer to this link for its detailed specification: https://www.daviteq.com/en/?prd=_ATE_ambient-temperature-sensor-module
Note: this sensor can be only used in -35 to +70 C. For the temperature out of this range, please use another type of sensor like RTD, thermocouple, etc.
This sensor probe can be "Plugged" or "Integrated" with the "Wireless Transmitter", as below.
1.2 ATE sensor is plugged to Wireless Sub-GHz Transmitter WS433-M12F
It will be plugged via an M12 connector 4-pin with an IP67 rating.
Please refer to this link for specification of WS433-M12F: https://www.daviteq.com/en/?prd=_WS433-M12F_wireless-sensor-transmitter
1.3 ATE sensor is integrated with Sigfox device
It is integrated with the Sigfox device so that you can connect it to any Sigfox network in the World.
